Google’s Look to Speak allows you to talk with your eyes - Android

Since its launch in 2009 Google’s has delivered many interesting apps for Chrome and Android. The latest addition to the list is an accessibility app that allows people to select pre-written phrases on their phones, just by looking in different directions. It uses the phone’s camera to track eye movements and translate them into interface operations on the phone.
