A tweet from Twitter tipster Evan Blass reveals that all four major U.S. carriers will have deals on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 once pre-orders on the phone begin. The Galaxy Note 10 series will be unveiled on August 7th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Pre-orders are expected to be accepted immediately after the Unpacked event winds up, with a release date of August 23rd.
